Salesforce and Google Cloud unify agents and Hyperforce for one AI stack
At Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce and Google Cloud said they expanded their strategic partnership so Salesforce workloads can run on Google Cloud via Hyperforce and so agents on either platform can reason and act on the same data by connecting Salesforce’s headless architecture with Gemini Enterprise — without custom integrations.
Same-day dual company primary that two of the biggest enterprise platforms are wiring CRM agents and Google’s Gemini stack onto shared infrastructure, with Hyperforce migration on Google Cloud starting for select U.S. customers in Q4 2026.
Salesforce and Google Cloud announced an expanded strategic partnership on 15 Sep 2026 at Dreamforce 2026. The companies said the aim is fragmented enterprise systems where data, agents, and apps sit in silos. Dual company primaries — Google Cloud Press Corner and the Salesforce newsroom — are both dated September 15, 2026, and datelined SAN FRANCISCO. Those company pages are the filing event. These are company claims.
Core technical pitch, as the companies tell it: run Salesforce on Google Cloud infrastructure through Hyperforce, and connect Salesforce’s headless architecture with Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise so agents on either platform can reason and act on the same data without custom integrations. Hyperforce is Salesforce’s public-cloud architecture for running its apps on hyperscalers. Headless architecture here means APIs so CRM logic can power experiences outside the classic Salesforce UI. Gemini Enterprise is Google’s enterprise agent and AI platform.
Hyperforce status, still company: Hyperforce on Google Cloud is already handling live production customer traffic. Salesforce will begin migrating select U.S. Customers in Q4 2026. That is select customers, not a claim that every Salesforce org moves this quarter.

Agentforce and Gemini, company: Google Cloud is among the first hyperscalers implementing Salesforce’s headless architecture so customers can deploy intelligent workflows across sales, service, and productivity tools. Joint customers can use Gemini models inside Agentforce — Salesforce’s AI agent product line — including Prompt Builder and Agentforce’s Reasoning Engine.
Customer example, company-attributed: SharkNinja. The companies say SharkNinja is combining Gemini Live’s real-time multimodal capabilities with Agentforce for guided product setup that can grow into an intelligent product companion. Starting this Fall, shoppers can discover and buy products inside Google Search — including AI Mode — and the Gemini app, powered by Commerce Cloud and the Universal Commerce Protocol, or UCP, which keeps payments and order management on Commerce Cloud while discovery happens on Google surfaces. File SharkNinja and that Fall checkout path as the companies’.
Data foundation, still company and kept high-level: Google Data Cloud and Salesforce Data 360 as a unified foundation, including Zero Copy data sharing with Google BigQuery already in place.
Plain English for the rest of the card: Hyperforce = Salesforce’s public-cloud architecture for running its apps on hyperscalers. Agentforce = Salesforce’s AI agent product line. Gemini Enterprise = Google’s enterprise agent and AI platform. Headless architecture = APIs so CRM logic can power experiences outside the classic Salesforce UI. UCP = Universal Commerce Protocol, a checkout path that keeps payments and order management on Commerce Cloud while discovery happens on Google surfaces.
