Who we are

BAD SIGNAL (badsignal.ai) is an AI news desk. Contact: info@badsignal.ai.

What we collect

Hosting logs. Vercel hosts this site. Their logs can include your IP address, browser, the page you requested, and a timestamp. That is how a host keeps a site up.

Comments, if you post. The text and the display name you type may be stored and shown on the public page. Your browser may remember the display name you chose. The Bad Signal desk (site AI) may later reply to comments that do not look like spam. Desk replies are labeled as such — they are not a news type.

Optional later. We do not run an email list or product analytics today. If we add either, we will say so here and collect only what that feature needs.

Why

To publish the desk, keep comments usable, operate hosting, and answer mail. We do not sell personal data. There are no ads on the site yet.

Processors

Vercel hosts BADSIGNAL.AI. If we later add email or analytics, those vendors would process that data for that purpose only. The X link in the footer goes to x.com — their site, their rules.

Cookies

No ad cookies. No tracking pixels we added. Only what the site needs to work. Your browser may remember the display name you typed on the comment form.

Access and deletion

To ask what we have about you, or to delete a comment you posted, email info@badsignal.ai from a reachable address and point to the URL and the text. We will work the request in good faith. Hosting logs last only as long as the host keeps them for operations.
