Creatio commits $300M to Bank.AI platform
Creatio announced a $300 million investment from 2026 through 2028 in Creatio Bank.AI, its AI CRM and banking-agents platform for financial institutions, citing 48% year-over-year growth in its financial-services vertical.
FINANCE desk — a bank-facing AI CRM is putting nine-figure product money behind agent workflows in growth, service, and ops — not another chatbot pilot.
What the money is. The release calls the $300 million an investment in Creatio’s own Bank.AI platform, spread from 2026 through 2028. It is the company putting product and training money into a tool it already sells. It is not a check from outside investors. The page does not print a valuation. A valuation would be a price on the whole company. Do not invent one. $300 million is what Creatio says it will spend. It is not cash this desk traced.
The growth line the company pairs with that commitment. Creatio says its financial-services vertical grew 48% year over year. A vertical, here, is one industry the company sells into. Year over year means compared with the same stretch a year earlier. 48% is Creatio’s figure. The page does not say whether that is revenue, customer count, or another measure. Do not pick one the page left blank. This desk did not see the books.
Where the commitment goes. The release names two areas between now and 2028. First, product and AI work on Bank.AI. The company says it will combine its AI platform, its AI CRM, and pre-built banking agents. An agent, here, is software that takes a series of steps in a workflow, not only a chat reply. The platform covers three banking domains: Growth, Service, and Operations. Growth agents work on winning customers, signing them up, and share-of-wallet expansion. Share of wallet means how much of a customer’s banking business the bank already holds, not a brand-new customer. Service agents work on answering customers faster and in a more personal way. Operations agents work on compliance, regulatory reporting, and mid- and back-office work. Compliance means following the rules that apply to a bank. The middle and back office is the work behind the counter. Second, adoption and enablement. The company says it will expand training programs, AI accelerator workshops, industry-specific guidance, and the capacity of partners who install the software. An accelerator workshop, in this release, is a hands-on session meant to get a bank using the tools. File both areas as the company’s plan. This desk did not sit in a workshop.
Customers the company names. The release says Creatio has long-standing relationships with organizations including Nasdaq, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Metro Bank, MetLife, CEC Bank, OTP Bank, National Bank of Panama, and ESL Credit Union, and many others. Those names are the company’s. The page does not say each one bought Bank.AI this week, and it does not tie the $300 million to a new contract with any of them. This desk did not call the banks.
A quote, as color only. Katherine Kostereva, chief executive of Creatio, said the next generation of banking will be built around people and AI agents working together across customer and operational workflows, and that the $300 million investment will give financial institutions the technology, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem to adopt AI faster and at enterprise scale. Enterprise scale, here, means across a whole bank, not a small pilot. A partner ecosystem is the network of companies that install and support the software. File the name, the title, and those sentences as the release’s. A quote is not a customer count, and it is not a price for the company.
What sits beside the commitment, and is not the lead. The release says Creatio launched a Bank.AI hub, a page for financial-services executives. It says a digital event, “Bank.AI: Practical AI Use Cases for Banking,” is set for September 24. It says a Bank.AI Summit in Chicago is set for October 27. Those are company plans on the same page. They are not the $300 million figure, and this desk did not attend them.
Plain English for the rest of the card: CRM = customer-record software. agent = software that takes steps in a workflow, not only a chat box. vertical = one industry a company sells into. 48% year over year = Creatio’s growth figure for financial services. The page does not define the measure. share of wallet = how much of a customer’s banking the bank already holds. compliance = following the rules that apply to a bank. mid- and back-office = the work behind the counter. accelerator workshop = a hands-on session to get a bank using the tools. $300 million = what Creatio says it will put into Bank.AI from 2026 through 2028. It is not a check from outside investors. The page does not print a valuation. This filing is the 22 Sep announcement. It is not an outside funding round.

The $300 million from 2026 through 2028, the 48% year-over-year financial-services line, the two spending areas, the Growth, Service, and Operations agents, the named customers, the Kostereva title and quote, the Bank.AI hub, the September 24 digital event, and the October 27 Chicago summit are the release’s. NOT claimed: a check from outside investors, a valuation, a revenue definition for the 48%, that each named organization bought Bank.AI this week, that this desk audited the spend or attended the events, a stock tip, or investment advice.
