Gong ships Mission Callisto — Enrich, Agent Builder, and Deep Mode

Gong said Wednesday at Celebrate ’26 it launched Mission Callisto, adding Gong Enrich for account and contact data, Agent Builder for event-triggered custom agents, Deep Mode in Gong Assistant, and previewing Gong Activate for a self-improving revenue loop.

Revenue AI that only summarizes calls still leaves a rep researching contacts by hand. Mission Callisto puts enrichment and event-driven agents on the same graph, so the system can act when something changes instead of waiting for someone to remember to click run.

On Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Gong announced Mission Callisto at Celebrate ’26 in Las Vegas. Celebrate ’26 is Gong’s annual customer conference. Mission Callisto is the company’s latest product launch. PR Newswire carries two Gong releases that morning. Each page prints Sep 30, 2026, 12:00 ET. One is datelined San Francisco and announces Mission Callisto, anchored by Gong Enrich. The other is datelined Las Vegas and San Francisco and covers the conference, including a further announcement, Gong Activate. The source line on both is Gong. Those lines are Gong’s.

What the product release says shipped under that name. Mission Callisto is anchored by Gong Enrich, a capability that expands the Gong Revenue Graph with third-party account and contact data. It also introduces Deep Mode in Gong Assistant, and enhancements to Agent Builder and Gong Dashboards. Gong says the set helps revenue teams close data gaps, automate repeatable work, decide from a fuller picture, and measure the result. A Revenue Graph, in Gong’s wording, is the store of account, contact, and conversation context the rest of the product reads. Those lines are Gong’s.

Why Gong says the data comes first. Revenue decisions build on each other. Every customer interaction creates context that shapes the next decision, and each outcome informs what a team should do next. Enrich is supposed to complete the picture of an account and a contact. The rest of Mission Callisto is supposed to turn that context into action and then measure it. Eilon Reshef, chief product officer and co-founder, said every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it. He said Enrich makes sure that context does not stop where the conversation ends. It extends to every account and contact a team touches, and it flows back into the Revenue Graph. He said better context makes Assistant answers sharper, makes agents act more reliably, and makes dashboard numbers ones a team can trust. He called that the difference between AI working from the full picture and AI guessing. That quotation is his, in the release.

The gap Enrich is aimed at, as the release states it. Teams have more go-to-market data than ever, and it is often split across providers. RevOps teams stitch records from several vendors. Sellers spend time researching contacts and checking account records. RevOps is the group that runs a sales team’s systems. Gong Enrich adds third-party contact and account data to the Revenue Graph. A customer can connect more than one supported provider and set the order Gong searches them. Gong uses the providers and credits the customer already has, then fills what is still missing with Gong Credits and with data from Enrich Data Partners. The partners named on the release are Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce, and ZoomInfo. The conference release calls the same names Enrich launch partners. The list matches. Those lines are Gong’s.

Where a seller sees the fill. The release says the enriched data appears in workflows inside Gong. A rep can fill a missing contact detail with one click. A team can automate that fill by tasking a Custom Agent to run when a condition is met. Because the data joins the Revenue Graph, Gong says it strengthens the context across Gong’s Revenue AI. The product page adds three lines the press release does not spell the same way. Sellers can fill contact details in Gong before outreach. RevOps can connect providers in a waterfall, which means Gong checks them in a set order, and fill gaps with Gong Data Partners. Admins can govern access, spend, and CRM writeback. Writeback means the filled fields can be saved into the customer system the company already uses. Those product-page lines are Gong’s.

Two customers, in Gong’s quotations. Erika Morris, lead GTM systems analyst at Sprout Social, said high bounce rates and outdated CRM data had been slowing inbound and outbound work. A bounce is an email that does not arrive. She said setup took minutes, that verified contact data inside the platform raised daily productivity, and that the change showed up within hours of turning Enrich on. Jonathan Kilby-Phillips, head of RevOps at Beacon, said Enrich lets reps fill critical gaps inside the workflow, and that it gives RevOps a low-risk way to try enrichment partners before a larger purchase. Those quotations are theirs, in the release. Gong does not print a before-and-after percentage for either company. The product page carries Morris’s words and her title, and that card does not print Sprout Social.

Agent Builder lets a team create Custom Agents that run on their own when an event and a condition the team defined both occur. Gong says that takes work that used to wait on someone remembering to act, and turns it into a workflow. It adds to the path Gong already had, where a person triggers a Custom Agent by hand. A team can set the trigger, the conditions, and the actions in a visual editor, or describe the agent in ordinary language. Reusable skills are how Gong says a company stores its own know-how and hands it to more than one agent. The conference release says the same thing more shortly. The workflow runs across the business when the right event happens, without someone remembering to start it. Those lines are Gong’s.

Gong Assistant, in the product release, is becoming the front door to more of Gong. It is not only a box for questions. Deep Mode is for a hard strategic question that used to mean gathering information from several systems and connecting it by hand. Gong says Deep Mode looks across a wider set of business information and signals and produces a grounded, comprehensive report, and that this saves hours of that digging. The conference release calls Deep Mode an agent inside Assistant that turns hours of manual digging into a grounded, comprehensive answer. The product page says the report is evidence-backed and shows where to step in. Assistant also sits on Deal Boards and Account Boards, so a leader can compare deals or accounts, ask a follow-up, and decide where to intervene without opening each record. Assistant can build a Gong Engage Flow from a plain-language request. A Flow is a sequence of outreach steps. Gong says that is how a team turns what its best reps already do into a Flow the wider team can run. Those lines are Gong’s.

Gong Dashboards, Gong says, now go past the forecast and cover the revenue lifecycle. RevOps gets one place to track each stage, not only the pipeline. A team defines a metric once in Gong Data Studio and reuses it, so sales, marketing, and customer success share the numbers instead of keeping separate reports. The product page says leaders run business reviews on that shared view, and a manager can open the deals, accounts, and activities behind a KPI. A KPI is a number the company already uses to judge how the work is going. Those lines are Gong’s.

What Gong says a customer can take now. Gong Enrich, the expanded Dashboards, and Deep Mode are generally available. Generally available means they are in the ordinary release. Automatically triggered Custom Agents, and the other Assistant changes, are rolling out through this year. The release does not name a month for the rest of that rollout. Those lines are Gong’s.

The conference release also announces Gong Activate. Gong calls it the next generation of Revenue AI, for deploying the motions that win, keep, and grow accounts, with agents and reps working from the same blueprint. A motion is a repeatable way the company already sells or expands. Gong’s backdrop is that companies want results they can scale, and that automating a task is not the same as trusting software with the nuanced work that brings revenue in. Activate is centered on a self-improving “revenue loop,” the phrase chief executive Amit Bendov uses. Gong says the Revenue Graph holds the company’s own knowledge: who the buyers are, how it positions against rivals, and how the best reps close. Always-on agents are supposed to look at every account, opportunity, and play, and write a prescription for the next step. People get current guidance. Specialized agents get the context to take the slow steps beside them, in line with that plan. The outcome folds back into the graph, so the next decision is sharper. Gong says the loop is meant to help a new rep perform like a veteran, to build trust in automated work, and to move results across the team. Bendov said Gong pioneered Revenue AI in 2015, and that Activate is the next step. He said that for years AI told you how to win, and that now AI wins deals for you: faster cycles, higher win rates, and reps running proven plays instead of guessing. That quotation is his. The general-availability sentence in the product release names Enrich, the expanded Dashboards, and Deep Mode. It does not name Activate.

How wide Gong says it already is, and what it put on stage. The about box on both releases says Gong helps more than 5,000 organizations. The product page says trusted by 5,000-plus customers. Both figures are Gong’s. Gong says the on-stage customers at Celebrate ’26 included AT&T Business, Anthropic, Cisco, Experian, Snowflake, Thomson Reuters, and others. The outcomes below are Gong’s account of what those companies reported. AT&T Business, using scorecards, call reviews, and manager feedback in Gong, reported a 54 percent improvement in rep productivity. Fifty-four percent is a bit more than half again. Gong also says people using the 12 Gong features that team uses beat the productivity of people who were not using them, every time. Cisco, a year into the rollout, has deployed 18,000 Gong licenses, drawn insights from more than 450,000 conversations, and put the sales force on Gong Engage. Gong ties incremental revenue to more than 50,000 Engage flows executed, and says early-adopting teams are showing roughly 32 percent larger deal sizes and 26 percent higher win rates. Thirty-two percent is about one third larger. Twenty-six percent is about one quarter higher. Experian, Gong says, brought a division built from four acquisitions onto one AI-driven platform by choosing three decisions to improve: coaching, continuity, and renewal risk. Gong says the win rate there rose 25 percent, which is one quarter higher, and that the point of the example is that AI cannot create the strategy. It can only scale a strategy the company already chose. The same release says the conference includes a keynote by Daniel Pink. Replays are listed at gong.io/events/celebrate.

In plain terms, Gong said on Wednesday in Las Vegas that Mission Callisto adds outside account and contact data to the Revenue Graph, lets a team build agents that fire when an event hits, and gives Assistant a Deep Mode for a long question. Enrich, the wider dashboards, and Deep Mode are generally available. Agents that trigger themselves are rolling out through the year. Gong also announced Activate, the self-improving loop it says will put agents and reps on the same plan. The 54 percent, 32 percent, 26 percent, and 25 percent figures are Gong’s report of AT&T Business, Cisco, and Experian. Gong says it serves more than 5,000 organizations.

The picture is Gong’s Mission Callisto launch graphic. A pale blue field holds a white crescent moon and a circular radar of thin lines. The word GONG sits in the middle of the radar. Under it, the type reads MISSION CALLISTO. It is the company’s graphic for this announcement. It does not print a date.
