Google Labs opens Dreambeans to all US accounts

10 Sep 2026: Google Labs published that Dreambeans — its personalized daily-stories experiment — is now available to all eligible accounts in the U.S. (18+) on Android and iOS, including consumer accounts. Company blog is the primary.

10 Sep 2026: Google Labs published “Dreambeans is now available across the U.S.” Dreambeans, introduced in June as a Google Labs experiment that creates personalized daily collections of stories, is now available to all accounts in the U.S. (18+) on Android and iOS. That dated Labs blog is the filing event.

Google: every dreambean combines personalized topics — places to explore, shows to watch, upcoming events — with distilled information from the Google apps the user selects: Calendar, Gmail, Photos, Search, YouTube, and now Gemini.

Google: if Google Photos is connected, Dreambeans can incorporate visuals of the user and loved ones into stories.

Google: Dreambeans is available to Google AI Plus, Google AI Pro, Google AI Ultra, and consumer accounts. A footnote on the same page qualifies the “all accounts” line as that list.

The Verge (Emma Roth, 10 Sep): the app began testing in June; it pairs suggestions with storybook-style drawings of yourself; downloadable on Android and iOS. Roth’s “somewhat unsettling” tone is The Verge’s, not Google’s words.

A dated Google Labs primary opens a previously gated personalized-stories experiment to consumer US accounts. Product claims stay Google’s.
