NVIDIA and TCV bought into Higgsfield, the AI video app that says it hit $1 billion in annualized revenue
Higgsfield said on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, that TCV and NVIDIA invested in an extension of its Series B, announced as NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang made his first visit to Kazakhstan, where Higgsfield has deep roots.
Where to buy
$1 billion in annualized revenue in 18 months is a wild number for a generative video app, and it's the kind of number that makes NVIDIA want a seat at the table: every one of those ad variants is GPU time. Higgsfield's pitch is that visual AI earns far more per token than text, which, if true, makes it a pretty good customer to own a piece of. The skeptic's note: annualized revenue is a snapshot, "month over month" growth figures get hard to sustain fast, and nobody disclosed what this extension was worth. Still, when the chip seller invests in the token buyer, you can see where the money in AI video is flowing.
Higgsfield, an AI video and image platform for brands, agencies, studios, and creators, said it extended its Series B with new investment from TCV and NVIDIA. A Series B is a venture round that comes after the earliest seed money. An extension adds investors to a round that already closed, rather than opening a new one. TCV is a venture firm that was an early backer of Netflix, Spotify, and Facebook. Those lines are Higgsfield's, in its Oct. 23 announcement.
The extension builds on the Series B led by DST Global in August. Also in that round: Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures, and Valor Capital. Those names are Higgsfield's.
Higgsfield did not say how much TCV and NVIDIA put in. It did not give a new valuation, the price a deal puts on the whole company.
Higgsfield says it has more than 40 million users in 238 countries and territories. The United States is its largest single market. Europe is its largest region by usage. Those figures are Higgsfield's.
Higgsfield says it crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue in September, 18 months after launch. Annualized revenue is the current pace of sales stretched over a year. It is a snapshot, not a finished year of books. Enterprise, the part sold to companies rather than to individual creators, is the fastest-growing business, growing more than 100% month over month. Revenue under contract from business customers has grown tenfold since June. Those figures are Higgsfield's.
Brands, including Fortune 500 companies, use it to turn one campaign concept into up to 100 ad variants. A variant is another cut of the same ad. Those lines are Higgsfield's.
The company is headquartered in San Francisco, with deep roots in Kazakhstan through the Astana Hub. The co-founders are Alex Mashrabov, the chief executive, Yerzat Dulat, the chief technology officer, and Mahi De Silva. Higgsfield calls itself Kazakhstan's first AI unicorn. A unicorn, in startup slang, is a private company valued above $1 billion. That label is the company's. This extension does not print a valuation.
The news landed as Jensen Huang, NVIDIA's founder and chief executive, made his first visit to Kazakhstan, for the country's national AI Month in Astana.
Alex Mashrabov said, "NVIDIA has powered every generation of our platform." That quotation is his.
The picture, distributed with the announcement, shows Higgsfield co-founder and chief technology officer Yerzat Dulat with NVIDIA founder and chief executive Jensen Huang in Astana, Kazakhstan.
In plain terms, Higgsfield said on Friday that TCV and NVIDIA put new money into an extension of the Series B DST Global led in August. The company says it passed $1 billion in annualized revenue in September and has more than 40 million users. It did not say what the extension was worth.
