Faraday Future puts nine new EAI robots on sale at its 919 launch
Faraday Future said it launched nine new Embodied AI robot configurations across five models at its 919 event — including the All-New Futurist humanoid and Master Mini from $9,990 — plus education, research, security, and inspection solution packs, with orders open the same day.
HARDWARE desk — another EV name is pushing embodied AI robots into retail price bands. Faraday Future, the listed car company, now says a humanoid Master Mini starts at $9,990 and that orders opened the same day as its 919 launch.
Nine new EAI device configurations, as the company lists them, span two robot forms — humanoid and quadruped — three product series, and five models: FF All-New Futurist, FF Master Mini, FX Aegis Hyper, FX Aegis Mega, and FX Aegis Classic Ultra-W. A humanoid is a robot shaped like a person. A quadruped is a four-legged robot, often called a robot dog. FF says all nine products are now available for sale and delivery.
FF All-New Futurist, still company: a full-size professional EAI humanoid. The company says it has 51 active degrees of freedom — the joints it can move — rising to 71 with an advanced dexterous-hand upgrade. A 1,152-watt-hour dual-battery system is said to support about eight hours of operation under standard working conditions, plus autonomous charging. The Ultra version is said to run on NVIDIA Jetson Thor at 700 TOPS of computing power. TOPS here is a vendor compute score — trillions of operations per second — not a job this desk timed. Standard is priced at $89,900 and includes a Skills Package the company values at $10,000. Ultra is priced at $129,900 and includes a Skills Package the company values at $15,000.
FF Master Mini, still company: a smaller EAI humanoid for education, sports, and robotics competition. The company says it stands about 95 centimeters tall and weighs about 19.5 kilograms, with three configurations — Master Mini, Pro, and Ultra — rated at 48, 117, and 200 TOPS. List prices: $9,990 with a Skills Package the company values at $1,000; Pro $12,990 / $1,500; Ultra $17,990 / $2,000. FF calls Master Mini “North America’s first compact EAI humanoid robot priced below $10,000 to combine programming education, open development and sports competition.”.S. Price.
The Aegis line, still company: FX Aegis Hyper is a large industrial-grade EAI quadruped that FF says starts at $137,900, including a Skills Package valued at $15,000, for extreme environments and payloads such as thermal imaging, gas detection, 3D scanning, and communications relay. FX Aegis Mega, two configurations, is a mid-sized wheel-legged industrial robot the company prices at $74,990, including an $8,000 Skills Package; FF says it can carry 50 kilograms, climb 25-centimeter stairs, clear 80-centimeter obstacles, and run at least five hours unloaded on hot-swappable dual batteries. FX Aegis Classic Ultra-W is a lighter wheel-legged robot priced at $12,990, including a $3,000 Skills Package.
Four Industry Productivity Solutions, still company: K-12 Education, Research, Security, and Inspection. K-12 and Research together are called FF EAI Robotics Education & Research Ecosystem 1.0. Security and Inspection are aimed at communities, buildings, industrial parks, energy, electric power, manufacturing, mining, tunnels, and large facilities. FF says the packs are meant to lower deployment barriers and to deliver “the industry’s highest-ROI solutions.” ROI means return on investment — leftover value after cost. “Highest-ROI” is the company’s slogan, not a desk audit.
Orders, still company: customers can place orders through FF.com, Amazon, and RobotShop. FF also names a “6+1” direct-sales and robot-sharing rental network — six routes (B2B, FF Par, e-commerce, Marcom & Video Sales, Community, and Mcube) plus RoboShare, a rental platform of AIxC, which FF says it majority-owns.
Named voice on the release: YT Jia, founder and global CEO of Faraday Future. He says FF is “not building a single robot form that attempts to do everything” and is instead building an ecosystem in which one EAI Brain supports multiple robot forms. His other quotes stay in Sources. Superlatives on the same page — “world’s only” one-brain multi-form robot world, “most complete range of robot forms,” “broadest size coverage,” “largest number of robot models” — stay company claims.
Context only. The same release cites an about-30% average contribution margin on robotics products from the company’s Q2 results, plus later Middle East and “Built in USA” partner dates.
Plain English for the rest of the card: EAI / Embodied AI = software that runs on a physical robot. Humanoid = a robot shaped like a person. Quadruped = a four-legged robot, often a robot dog. 919 = Faraday Future’s Sep 19 launch event. Skills Package = extra software and features the company bundles with a list price. TOPS = a vendor compute score, not a job this desk timed. Jetson Thor = NVIDIA’s robot computer, as FF names it on the Ultra Futurist. ROI = leftover value after cost. FFAI = Faraday Future’s Nasdaq ticker. This filing is the 919 robot launch and same-day sale claim only.
