Zeplyn lets wealth firms build their own AI agents and use them anywhere

Zeplyn announced Agent Studio and a Zeplyn MCP Server so wealth-management firms can build governed custom AI agents in plain language and then use those same agents inside Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Slack, and their own apps (company).

FINANCE desk — same-day company primary that a wealth-management AI vendor put a shipping builder for firm-owned agents, plus a governed MCP bridge into the chat tools advisors already use — not another vague “AI for advisors” slogan.

Agent Studio, as the same wire has it: firms write plain-language instructions that say how an agent should operate, what information it should consider, and what its output should look like. The company examples: an agent that prepares annual review briefs to the firm’s standard, one that writes meeting recaps in a fixed structure, or one that drafts client emails in the firm’s voice. Once published, the agent is available across the firm. File that builder / publish-across-the-firm picture as Zeplyn’s. This desk did not write an instruction or publish an agent.

MCP Server, still company: the Zeplyn MCP Server takes those agents outside the Zeplyn screen through a standard protocol. MCP means Model Context Protocol — a common way an AI chat tool connects to live data and tools. The company says MCP-compatible apps and a firm’s own advisor tools get governed access to agents built in Agent Studio, Zeplyn’s client intelligence, and more than 60 wealth-specific tools, without a separate hookup for each app. Named interfaces on the wire: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Slack, and proprietary applications. File that more-than-60 / named-app list as Zeplyn’s. This desk did not connect a chat window to a client book.

Worked example on the same wire, company: an advisor working in Claude could ask for a preparation brief for a client household. Through the Zeplyn MCP Server, Claude could pull recent meeting summaries, CRM information, financial planning data, and current holdings from Zeplyn and compile them into one brief. CRM means customer-relationship software — the firm’s client contact and account file. Holdings means what the client actually owns. File that Claude-brief picture as Zeplyn’s. This desk did not request a brief.

Availability and controls, company: both Agent Studio and the MCP Server are available now and run inside Zeplyn’s existing governance setup — role-based access, audit trails, PII redaction, configurable data retention, and human review. PII means personally identifiable information, such as a name or account number. Redaction means those details are stripped or hidden. The company also says client data is not used to train the underlying models. File the available-now / gates / no-training-on-client-data lines as Zeplyn’s. This desk did not sit in an approval queue or inspect a model-training log. The release does not print a price. This desk is not inventing one.

Named voices on the release: Era Jain, co-founder and CEO of Zeplyn; and Monica Cervantes, financial advisor at PAX Financial Group. Cervantes’ company-attributed anecdote: her firm built an agent that pulls non-financial personal details — including direct quotes from the client — into one view so she can walk into a call already caught up. File the names, titles, and that anecdote as theirs, via Zeplyn. Their quotes are color only beyond that attributed anecdote and stay in Sources. This desk did not interview Cervantes or sit in on a client call.

About-box context, optional and company-attributed: founded by former Google AI engineers; the platform unifies client intelligence from meetings, emails, documents, CRM, custodians, and planning systems, then uses AI agents to do work across the firm’s tools. A custodian is the firm that actually holds the investments. The about box says more than 50 wealth-specific AI agents and 30+ integrations, including Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center®, AdvisorEngine, Redtail, and Wealthbox. File those about-box lines as Zeplyn’s. This desk is not inventing a customer-logo audit, a headcount, or a valuation. None were printed as a price or raise.

Plain English for the rest of the card: wealth management = firms that manage money and advice for clients. MCP = Model Context Protocol, how an AI chat tool connects to live data and tools. governed = permissioned, logged, and reviewable. PII = personally identifiable information. redaction = hiding or stripping those details. CRM = the firm’s client contact and account file. custodian = the firm that holds the investments. human review = a person still checks work before it is finished.

PRIMARY here: Zeplyn’s 15 Sep 2026 GlobeNewswire company release — Tier A PRIMARY company source, the original record. The same-day company blog post is company explainer context, not a second originating newsroom. The company site is product-home context. The Agent Studio / MCP Server announce, the plain-language builder, the annual-review / meeting-recap / client-email examples, the more-than-60 wealth-specific tools line, the Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot / Slack / proprietary-app list, the Claude household-brief example, the available-now line, the role-based access / audit trails / PII redaction / data-retention / human-review gates, the client-data-not-used-to-train-models line, the Jain title, the Cervantes PAX Financial Group anecdote, and the more-than-50-agents / 30+-integrations about-box are company-attributed. Product claims and the customer anecdote stay company-attributed — not independently verified here. NOT claimed: pricing, a valuation, a raise, independently verified time-savings, that this desk tested Agent Studio or the MCP Server, a stock tip, or investment advice. Distinct from the already-filed coder-claude-code-agent-relay, stackhawk-wingman, prophix-one-autonomous-planning-agent, sokin-mcp-payments, anthropic-claude-financial-advisors, openai-chatgpt-financial-services, alphapai-50m-series-b, and netwealth-paradino-ai-acquisition.
